5. Application, Sanction, and Disbursal

• Sanction Letter: Issuing an official Sanction Letter indicating approved loan amount, interest rates, tenure, processing fees, and collateral conditions.
• Execution & Disbursal: Signing final loan agreements and mortgaging assets (for secured loans) before bank disbursal.

Detailed terms, repayment schedules, penal interest rates, and pre-payment conditions will be governed solely by the physical Loan Agreement signed between you and the respective lending entity.
